Autoplay can turn a selected number of slot spins into one continuous sequence, but it does not turn them into one wager or guarantee that the whole sequence will run. Before starting, confirm whether the opened game offers autoplay, multiply the stake per spin by the selected spin count, read every displayed stop condition and check how to stop the sequence manually.

Confirm that autoplay is actually available
Do not assume that a play button can be held down or that a remembered setting will appear on another game. Some games or markets may not offer autoplay at all. Where it exists, the control may sit beside the spin button or inside a settings panel.
Before using it, check:
- the selected game and play mode are correct;
- the stake shown applies to one spin;
- the chosen number of automatic spins is visible;
- any mandatory or optional stop conditions are shown;
- a separate total or maximum exposure is displayed, if the interface provides one;
- the start button has not already accepted the sequence.

Calculate the maximum planned stake
The simplest pre-check is:
stake per spin × selected spin count = maximum planned stake
If the stake is ₦50 per spin and 20 automatic spins are selected:
₦50 × 20 = ₦1,000 maximum planned stake
If the stake is ₦200 per spin and 50 automatic spins are selected:
₦200 × 50 = ₦10,000 maximum planned stake
This figure is the amount that would be staked if every selected spin were accepted at the same stake. It is not a forecast of the final balance, loss or return. Wins may add funds during the sequence, a stop condition may end it early, a connection problem may interrupt it, or the game may reject a later spin.
Keep four figures separate:

A balance large enough to cover the multiplication does not make the plan affordable. Decide the entertainment limit first, then choose a sequence that fits inside it. Read stop conditions one by one
Where autoplay is available, the opened game may offer conditions that stop the sequence before the selected count finishes. Names and behaviour vary. Possible examples include stopping after a single win reaches a stated amount, cumulative loss reaches a stated amount, the balance changes by a stated amount, or a feature is triggered.
Treat every condition as interface-specific. Check:
- whether the amount is measured from the balance at the start of autoplay or another reference point;
- whether “loss” means cumulative stakes minus returns, a balance drop or a single-spin result;
- whether “win” refers to one spin, total return or profit above stake;
- whether a feature trigger stops before or after the feature is played;
- whether more than one condition can be active;
- what happens if no optional condition is selected.
A stop condition is a control, not a guarantee. It does not remove the house edge, prevent every loss or ensure that a threshold will be applied in the way you expect. If the rule text does not define the calculation, do not guess.
Check the manual stop behaviour
Before starting, identify the control that stops autoplay and read whether it stops immediately or after the current accepted spin finishes. A wager already accepted by the game may still settle even if the sequence is stopped. Repeatedly pressing controls during a slow connection can make it harder to understand what was accepted.
A safer check is:
- note the starting balance and selected settings;
- identify the manual stop control before pressing start;
- avoid changing stake while a sequence is active unless the rules clearly permit it;
- if the display freezes, stop pressing controls and wait for the accepted-wager state to update;
- use the game's history or round record to reconcile any uncertain spin.

Use a written pre-commitment
Automatic play can reduce the pause between decisions. That makes a pre-commitment more useful, not less. Write down:
- maximum entertainment spend for the session;
- maximum stake per spin;
- maximum number of automatic spins;
- a time to stop and review;
- the action you will take if the sequence ends.
Do not increase the stake or start another sequence to recover a loss. Do not treat a stop-on-win condition as a profit system. Before confirming autoplay, answer all of these:
- Is autoplay permitted and available in this opened game?
- What is the exact stake for one spin?
- How many spins are selected?
- What is stake per spin multiplied by selected spins?
- Which stop conditions are active, and how are they calculated?
- Where is the manual stop control?
- Does stopping wait for the current accepted spin to settle?
- Is the maximum planned stake inside the limit set before opening the game?
