Who controls your data

LOTWIN GAMING LTD is the data controller for personal data processed through this Website. You can contact us at support@lotwingaming.com. Our place of business is in Nigeria.

This Policy applies only to the Website at www.lotwingaming.com. The Lotwin app, account services, gaming, payments, and customer support are governed by separate Product and App privacy notices.

Privacy-aware aggregate measurement

This Website uses a self-hosted GoatCounter service to measure aggregate page views and a small allowlist of navigation, App Store handoff and successful calculator-use events. It uses no analytics cookies, local storage identifiers, advertising identifiers, session replay, social media pixels or cross-site profiles.

The Website's minimal analytics client sends the page pathname, page or fixed event title and screen width to our own statistics endpoint. As part of the HTTPS request, that self-hosted endpoint also receives the visitor's IP address and User-Agent and may process those limited technical fields for aggregate visit counting, deduplication, abuse prevention and service security. They are not combined with Lotwin app accounts, KYC information or payment data.

The analytics client does not send URL query strings, referrer URLs, calculator input values, account details, KYC information, payment data or free-text content. Aggregate events help us understand whether visitors can move between News, learning, payment guidance, Nigeria information, tools and the official App Store destination. A click or calculator event is not treated as registration, deposit, revenue or proof of a downstream product outcome.

Technical data for delivery and security

Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure processes limited technical data to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse. This includes your IP address, the pages requested, User-Agent and basic protocol information. Ordinary delivery and security logs are retained for up to 14 days.

We do not log query parameters, referrer headers, browser fingerprinting data, or the content of your requests. Ordinary delivery logs are accessible only to named operations and security personnel and are not used for profiling, commercial attribution or cross-brand tracking. Processing by the self-hosted statistics endpoint is described separately under Privacy-aware aggregate measurement above.

In the event of a confirmed security incident, minimal incident logs may be retained in isolation for up to 90 days, under the control of named security personnel.

When you contact us

If you choose to email us at support@lotwingaming.com, we process your email address, the content of your message, and any necessary attachments for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, complaint, or legal notice. General correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after your matter is closed. Spam and clearly irrelevant messages are deleted within 30 days.

Emails are accessible only to support personnel and, where necessary, legal, privacy, and mail-security roles. We do not use your correspondence for marketing, profiling, attribution, AI training, or cross-brand purposes.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have rights including access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

To exercise your rights, contact us at support@lotwingaming.com. We aim to respond substantively within 30 days of verifying your identity. We will not ask you for government ID, KYC documents, or passwords to process a privacy request related to this Website.

You also have the right to complain to the NDPC. Visit ndpc.gov.ng for current contact and filing information.

Service providers

The Lotwin website is hosted on infrastructure managed by LOTWIN GAMING LTD. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, session recording, or personalization services on this website.

When you visit this website, your browser connects to our web server to retrieve pages. Limited technical data — including your IP address, User-Agent and the pages requested — is processed by our infrastructure for delivery, security and the self-hosted aggregate measurement described above. Ordinary delivery logs are accessible only to named operations and security personnel and retained for up to 14 days.

Email correspondence sent to support@lotwingaming.com is processed through our email infrastructure. Messages are accessible only to support, legal, privacy, and mail-security personnel, and are retained in accordance with the retention periods described in this Policy.

We do not transfer personal data to third-party processors for web hosting, analytics, advertising, or user profiling. If our processing arrangements change to involve additional service providers, this section will be updated and the change will be reviewed under the Privacy review process described in APR-LOT-PRIVACY-001.

A complete processor register covering all processing activities will be published once confirmed. Until then, the disclosures in this section reflect the actual processing as of the effective date of this Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our processing, legal obligations, or operational practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
